Floral design Competition are hot. Everywhere in the world there are competitions
happening between flower designers. Whether is for the National or International honor, or
just because it is fun to compete, meet and inspire each other. There is a floral design
competition for the best and most experienced floral designers but also especially for the
upcoming talent to show their tricks .for some reason and situation now, F & V flower shop

The contest is open to all who are interested in this participant. We will accept applicants. We will
choose best 16 participants from all applications we received for SET A and SET B; they will
compete in the first round to get 8 winners. Then another 16 participants to compete in SET C and
SET D. (total participants 32) (winners 16) to move to next round. Second Round, the winners will
divide in 2 Groups of 8 participants. From each group will be only 4 winners this time. (Total
winners 8) to move to the Simi Final. In Simi Final will compete the most expert florists to the final
stage with ONLY 4. Final is here where the EXPERTS will compete to score more points to get the
1
st place. However, the rewards will also go to the 2
nd and 3rd
.
By registering for F&V, competitors agreed to allow their profile picture and brief
professional bio to be used for marketing purposes and promotion
To verify and ensure the design was made by the participants. Video of 1 minutes
standing next to the arrangement will be enough.
Displaying the 4 sides of the arrangement pictures was received from participants on
front of our JURY.
Each ART should have a story to tell and name to be called. Participant will add the names and story to share it with us. Adding the names of all flowers will make it
even nicer.
JURY are here to act as judges to make sure to apply fairness, honesty, and integrity.

The winner will be crowned as the first F&V Online Floral Design Competition year
2022 and attached prizes.
All work submitted must be done by the competitor not brought readymade.
The decision of the JURY is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
regarding the results.
The HPS (Hundred Points System) is the official system for judging in floristry competitions.
The POWs (Pieces of Work) are designed by the competitors under the observation of the TC
(Technical Committee).
The Jury must evaluate each POW individually during the time specified by the OC (Organizing
Committee)
WF (Weighting Factor) is a number which multiplies the marks given by the Jury
Four criteria of estimation must be fulfilled to achieve the maximum of 100 points
IDEL 30 Marks
• Originality, uniqueness / creativity • Interpretation of the given subject / task / theme • The choice of material / design with chosen materials • Corresponding with the available time / finishing
COLOR

• Proportion / dominance of used colors • Expression of idea in colors • Color composition (contrasts, harmony, value of colors, etc.) • Placement of colors
COMPOSITION

• General impression (shape, form, proportions, visual balance) • Style • Choice, dominance and use of materials (form, texture, structure,
contrasts, rhythm, movement, volume, lines, directions, use of space)
• Material respect
TECHNIQUE
