Shipping Policy

Applicability: This policy applies to all deliveries from Field & Vase Flower Boutique within the UAE.

 

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver within Al Ain and selected areas across the UAE.

  • Same-day delivery is available for eligible locations when orders are placed before our cut-off time (usually 3:00 PM).

  • For areas outside our regular delivery zone, additional charges or longer delivery times may apply.

2. Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver on your preferred date and time range; however, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

  • Orders are typically delivered between morning and early evening.

  • Urgent or time-specific deliveries should be discussed with us in advance.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Certain high-value orders or promotions may qualify for free delivery.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address during the agreed time.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, re-delivery fees may apply.

  • For perishable products, if no one is available to receive the order, the delivery may be left in a safe location at the recipient’s risk.

5. International Shipping

  • Fresh flowers are not shipped internationally due to their perishable nature.

  • Non-perishable products (e.g., vases, candles, perfumes) can be shipped internationally upon request, with shipping costs and timelines confirmed in advance.

6. Delays & Liability

  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures).

  • If a delay caused by us results in product spoilage, we will replace the product or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

نطاق التطبيق: تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع عمليات التوصيل التي تقوم بها فيلد آند فيز بوتيك داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

1. مناطق التوصيل

  • نقوم بالتوصيل داخل مدينة العين وبعض المناطق الأخرى في دولة الإمارات.

  • التوصيل في نفس اليوم متاح للمناطق المؤهلة عند إتمام الطلب قبل وقت الإقفال المحدد (عادةً الساعة 3:00 عصرًا).

  • للمناطق خارج نطاق التوصيل المعتاد، قد تُطبق رسوم إضافية أو أوقات توصيل أطول.

2. أوقات التوصيل

  • نسعى لتسليم الطلبات في التاريخ والفترة الزمنية المفضلة، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان وقت محدد بدقة بسبب عوامل مثل الزحام أو الطقس أو ظروف طارئة.

  • عادةً يتم التوصيل بين الصباح والمساء المبكر.

  • الطلبات العاجلة أو ذات التوقيت الخاص يجب التنسيق بشأنها مسبقًا.

3. رسوم التوصيل

  • تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب الموقع وتظهر عند الدفع.

  • بعض الطلبات ذات القيمة العالية أو العروض الترويجية قد تكون مؤهلة لتوصيل مجاني.

4. شروط التوصيل

  • يجب على العميل التأكد من تواجد المستلم في العنوان المحدد خلال الوقت المتفق عليه.

  • إذا كان المستلم غير متاح أو تم تقديم عنوان خاطئ، قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.

  • بالنسبة للمنتجات السريعة التلف، إذا لم يتواجد أحد للاستلام، قد يتم ترك الطلب في مكان آمن على مسؤولية المستلم.

5. الشحن الدولي

  • لا يتم شحن الزهور الطبيعية دوليًا بسبب طبيعتها السريعة التلف.

  • يمكن شحن المنتجات غير السريعة التلف (مثل المزهريات، الشموع، العطور) دوليًا عند الطلب، مع تحديد التكاليف والمدة مسبقًا.

6. التأخيرات والمسؤولية

  • لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخيرات في التوصيل الناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل الأحوال الجوية أو إغلاق الطرق).

  • إذا تسبب تأخير من جانبنا في تلف المنتج، سنقوم باستبداله أو رد قيمته وفق سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بنا.
